Blogmas Day 20: where I want to be in 5 years!

In 5 years I would love for my husband and I to be parents and to be homeowners! Those are the two things we really want! I would like for us to have a successful career that brings in lots of money! I will also love for us to be living a healthy lifestyle meaning eating better and exercising on a daily basis! I don’t really have anything else that I can think of…

It’s so hard to know what the future holds, but we can only dream right?

Blogmas day 19: relaxation

Life can get so crazy sometimes and we can easily get stressed out! It’s so important for us to find time to relax, so I wanted to take a second to write down a few ways that I like to relax:

  • Drink tea – something about a tea really helps me relax!
  • Reading a book.
  • Watching movies or videos on YouTube!
  • Cooking/baking
  • Listening to music.
  • Sometimes driving really helps me relax.
  • Massage.
  • Taking a bath!

What are some ways you like to relax?

Blogmas day 7: Earliest childhood memory…

When i think of my childhood, I always think of how fun, amazing, and “free” it was. I grew up in Armenia and moved to LA when I was 9 years old! When I was in Armenia, I remember always playing outside with my brother and our neighbors literally all day long. We never had to worry about being kidnapped or anything crazy like that; our parents would either be at work or at home cooking and cleaning.

I remember we would play hide and seek with all the neighborhood kids all the time, and I would last hours sometimes. I remember being outside playing in the snow; making snow Angels, snow mans, having snow ball fights. We had a tire swing and I would always swing in it and I remember one time falling down from it really hard… ouch!

Things are so different now a days, parents cannot leave their kids alone with more than a second, kids rather play on iPads or watch TV than spent every hour playing. I sometimes wish life was how it use to be…

Blogmas Day 6: someone I miss…

There are two people who I miss so so much, my sweet angel of a grandma and my amazing uncle.

My grandma who is my dads mom went back to Armenia a few years ago and I haven’t seen her since. If I’m being honest she is my favorite favorite grandma! She was the one who knocked some sense into my dad when he wasn’t fully accepting of me dating a non Armenian. I am like her in so many ways and I spent days crying when she left to go back to Armenia because I knew that was the last day I was ever going to see her ever again in person!

The next person I really miss is my uncle who is my moms youngest and only brother, who sadly passed away last year. Till this day I still break down and cry when I think about it. He was only 49 when he passed away, and I wish we had more time with him. He was so funny and silly, and we all miss him so much!

Blogmas day 4: 5 things I cannot live without…

It’s crazy how we all have a few items that we cannot live without on a daily basis; so I wanted to take a second to share five items that I cannot see myself without daily…

  1. My phone – of course, isn’t this an obvious one?
  2. My contacts or glasses. I need to be able to see and since I don’t have the perfect vision I need either my contacts or my glasses.
  3. Face moisturizer- my face is so dry and I cannot go one day without it.
  4. Coffee! I’m addicted, if there’s a rare day that I don’t have coffee then I’m drinking a ton of tea to get the caffeine in me.
  5. My wedding and engagement ring- I feel so naked if I don’t have them on!

What are a few items that you have to have everyday???
